To ensure maximum freshness, we roast our beans in small batches. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours of roasting.
Do you offer whole bean or ground coffee?
We primarily sell whole bean coffee to preserve the delicate flavor profiles. However, we can provide a custom grind for your specific brewing method upon request during checkout.
What is your return policy for food products?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns on roasted beans. If you are unsatisfied with your order or there was an error, please contact us within 7 days for a resolution.
